Meet the Instructors
Nicky Raiborde
Nicky S. Raiborde believes every person was created to know God intimately, hear His voice clearly, and fulfill His purpose boldly.
For the past twenty-nine years, he has devoted his life to equipping believers, developing leaders, and strengthening the Church through biblical teaching, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and apostolic leadership. Raised in a pastoral home, the Christ-centered example and faithful ministry of his parents laid a foundation that continues to shape his life and calling today.
Having ministered in more than ninety countries, Nicky regularly teaches in Bible colleges and leadership training programs around the world, helping raise men and women who faithfully represent Jesus. He serves as the Lead Pastor of Intn'l Family Church in Columbia, South Carolina, where his passion is to steward the vision based on Daniel 11:32—to know and pursue God, live strong and prepare leaders, and do exploits while helping people discover and pilot God's purpose for their lives.
Charles & Cathy Haynes
Charles and Cathy Haynes have walked with the Lord for over 50 years and have been married for 58 years. Saved as young children, they were deeply shaped by strong Christian family influence, faithful prayer, and early encounters with God. They are blessed with three children and two granddaughters.
Charles and Cathy both carry a prophetic call marked by intercession, discernment, and a deep love for helping people recognize and hear God’s voice. Their heart is to see believers rise into their full potential and walk confidently in God’s purposes.
Throughout their ministry journey, they have served nationally and internationally in missions, teaching, children’s ministry, worship ministry, home groups, eldership, and leadership development. They have also witnessed God move through healings, miracles, prophetic ministry, and the strengthening of leaders and families.
Ralph & Patti Walden
Ralph and Patti Walden have walked with the Lord for 53 years and have been married for 56 years. They are blessed with 3 children, 19 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Saved in a Presbyterian church, they were gradually drawn into the Spirit-filled life early in their journey and have faithfully served the Body of Christ as equippers.
Patti was called as a prophet early in her walk with the Lord and has ministered deeply in worship for over 40 years, writing songs and serving on worship teams while flowing in prophetic ministry in the church and marketplace.
Ralph was called as a pastor and teacher, serving in children’s ministry, youth ministry, and church leadership as a deacon and elder. He later stepped into church planting and leadership development. Ralph is also a architect by occupation.
Together, Ralph and Patti have ministered locally, nationally, and internationally, with a heart for revival, spiritual awakening, healthy marriages, and equipping generations to walk fruitfully in their God-given destiny.
